1. 我們是誰
chausir.com（「本網站」）是周Sir 的家長教育分享網站，由周勁濤（周Sir）以個人身份（「我們」）營運。我們遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。

周Sir 嘅講座同文章屬家長教育，不提供診斷、評估或治療，亦不提供醫療或用藥建議；如有需要，請諮詢合資格專業人士。

周Sir 是 Mars CRP Academy Limited（火星學堂，提供收費課程）的唯一董事及唯一股東，於該公司有經濟利益。本網站與該公司分開營運，我們不會將你在本網站提供的個人資料轉交該公司或任何其他機構使用，包括作推廣用途。

聯絡電郵說明：本網站的聯絡電郵 tonychau@marspower.hk 使用 Mars CRP Academy Limited 的電郵網域，由周Sir 本人管理。寄到這個郵箱關於本網站的電郵，只用於回覆你及處理你的要求（包括查閱或改正個人資料），並與該公司的業務分開處理，不會加入該公司的客戶或推廣名單。如你想了解該公司的收費服務，需要你自行另外提出。

2. 我們收集甚麼資料

我們不會要求你提供子女的姓名、相片、學校，或任何健康、醫療資料。請你亦不要在表格、回饋或留言中提供（見第 8 段）。

3. 使用目的
- 開設及管理會員帳戶，包括會員專區內容同紀念徽章；
- 寄出你要求的內容，例如書友先睇稿同回饋表；
- 回覆查詢；
- 管理留言，保障網站運作同保安；
- 以匯總方式了解網站使用情況同訪客來源（例如有多少人經 WhatsApp 轉發連結到訪），以改善內容；
- 在你另行同意後作直接促銷（見第 4 段）；
- 遵守法律要求。

我們不會用你的資料作上述以外的用途，除非得到你的同意或法律容許。

4. 直接促銷（推廣電郵）
- 只有在你勾選獨立、預設不勾選的同意方格後，我們才會用你的電郵同稱呼，寄送周Sir 新文章、講座、家長活動同書籍消息（包括周Sir 個人出版、在網上書店出售的書）。
- 不勾選都可以登記會員、使用會員專區同參加書友先睇團。
- 你可隨時免費撤回同意：按電郵底部「取消訂閱」連結，或電郵至tonychau@marspower.hk。我們會盡快停止，並於 10 個工作天內處理。
- 我們不出售個人資料，亦不會提供予他人作直接促銷。
- 沒有推廣同意的會員，只會收到與帳戶或你所要求服務有關的通知，例如密碼重設、你已加入的書友先睇團稿件，或本政策的重大修改。

5. 會員檔案、徽章及留言
- 會員檔案預設為不公開；我們不設公開會員名單。「創始家庭」等紀念徽章只會在你本人登入的會員專區顯示。
- 留言會公開顯示你的顯示名稱同留言內容。請不要寫子女全名、學校、醫生報告或健康資料。
- 我們可隱藏、編輯（只刪去可識別資料）或刪除留言，以保障你同其他人的私隱。你亦可要求我們刪除你的留言。

6. 書友先睇團
- 回饋只用作改寫同完善相關書籍，不會用作推廣電郵。
- 只有在你勾選相關方格後，我們才會去識別化引用你的回饋（只寫「一位家長」或「一位讀者」），用於你所選的用途（書內，或網站及社交平台介紹本書時）。
- 你可按書友先睇團登記表所述撤回引用同意。已印刷出版的引用無法收回。
- 我們不會將書友回饋輸入 AI 工具作整理或分析。

7. 資料處理者及境外儲存
我們使用以下服務代我們處理資料，其伺服器可能位於香港以外：

我們以合約或其他方法，防止資料保存超過所需時間，以及防止未獲准許或意外的查閱、處理、刪除、喪失或使用。除上述處理者及法律要求的披露外，我們不會將你的資料交予任何人。

AI 工具：我們的團隊使用 AI 助理工具協助日常運作。這些工具會讀取你寄給我們的電郵、會員名單及會員資料（經 Gmail 及 Wix），用途只限於：整理及起草回覆、管理會員及寄送你要求或同意接收的內容。所有回覆及對外內容最後由周Sir 審定後才發出。AI 工具供應商作為資料處理者代我們處理資料，其伺服器可能位於香港以外。供應商會否使用資料改進或訓練其模型，視乎各供應商的條款；如供應商提供不作此用途的設定，我們會選用。書友回饋不會輸入 AI 工具（見第 6 段）。我們亦會使用 AI 工具協助撰寫網站文章。

8. 兒童資料
本網站以成年家長及照顧者為對象。會員及書友先睇團只限 18 歲或以上人士。我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料；如收到，會盡快刪除或遮蓋。

9. Cookies 及分析
本網站使用 Wix 必要 cookies 維持運作，並使用 Wix 內置分析 cookies 作匯總統計。我們只按類別查看匯總數字，不會用來源參數追蹤個別人士。你可透過瀏覽器設定拒絕或刪除 cookies，部分功能或受影響。

10. 保安
管理帳戶啟用多重身份驗證；只限有需要的人存取；不以公開連結分享含個人資料的檔案；網站使用 HTTPS 加密連線。網上傳送無法做到絕對安全，但我們會採取合理可行步驟保障資料。

11. 保存期限

12. 查閱及改正
你可要求查閱或改正你的個人資料，請電郵至tonychau@marspower.hk，標題註明「個人資料查閱／改正」，亦可使用個人資料私隱專員公署的指明表格。我們會於收到要求後 40 日內回覆。查閱可能收取不超乎適度的費用，改正不收費。

13. 資料外洩
如發生資料外洩，我們會即時控制事故、了解風險，並參考私隱專員公署指引，在可能造成真實傷害風險時通知公署及受影響人士。

14. 其他網站連結
本網站可能連結至第三方網站（例如網上書店）。我們對其私隱做法概不負責；提供連結不代表認可或合作。

15. 政策修訂
我們可不時更新本政策，並於本頁註明更新日期。重大修改會以電郵或網站通知會員。

16. 語言及管轄法律
本政策有中英文版本，兩者如有不一致，以中文版為準。本政策受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

1. Who we are
chausir.com (the "Site") is Chau Sir's parent-education sharing website, operated by Chau Keng Tou (Chau Sir) in his personal capacity ("we"). We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

Chau Sir's talks and articles are parent education. They do not provide diagnosis, assessment or treatment, and do not provide medical or medication advice. If needed, please consult a qualified professional.

Chau Sir is the sole director and sole shareholder of Mars CRP Academy Limited (火星學堂), which offers paid courses, and has a financial interest in it. The Site is run separately from that company, and we do not pass the personal data you give on this Site to that company or to any other organisation for their use, including for promotional purposes.

About our contact email: the Site's contact email, tonychau@marspower.hk, uses Mars CRP Academy Limited's email domain and is managed by Chau Sir personally. Emails about this Site sent to that mailbox are used only to reply to you and handle your requests (including requests to access or correct personal data). They are handled separately from that company's business and are not added to its client or marketing lists. If you would like information about that company's paid services, you need to ask for it separately.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for your child's name, photo, school, or any health or medical information. Please do not include these in forms, feedback or comments (see section 8).

3. How we use it
- To set up and manage your member account, including members' area content and keepsake badges;
- To send content you asked for, such as Early Reader drafts and feedback forms;
- To reply to enquiries;
- To manage comments and keep the Site running and secure;
- To understand Site use and visitor sources in aggregate (for example, how many visits came from links shared on WhatsApp), so we can improve our content;
- For direct marketing, only with your separate consent (see section 4);
- To comply with the law.

We will not use your data for any other purpose unless you agree or the law allows it.

4. Direct marketing (promotional emails)
- Only if you tick a separate box that is unticked by default will we use your email and name to send news of Chau Sir's new articles, talks, parent events and books (including books Chau Sir publishes personally and sells through online bookstores).
- You can still join as a member, use the members' area and join the Early Readers without ticking it.
- You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing tonychau@marspower.hk. We will stop promptly and within 10 working days.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not give it to others for direct marketing.
- Members without marketing consent only receive notices about their account or a service they asked for, such as password resets, Early Reader drafts they signed up for, or major changes to this policy.

5. Member profiles, badges and comments
- Member profiles are private by default, and there is no public member list. Keepsake badges such as "Founding Family" are shown only in your own members' area when you are logged in.
- Comments are public and show your display name and comment. Please do not include your child's full name, school, medical reports or health information.
- We may hide, edit (only to remove identifying details) or delete comments to protect your privacy and that of others. You can also ask us to delete your comments.

6. Early Readers
- Feedback is used only to revise and improve the book concerned, and not for promotional emails.
- We quote your feedback, de-identified (only "a parent" or "a reader"), only if you tick the relevant box, and only for the uses you chose (in the book, or when introducing the book on the Site and social media).
- You can withdraw quote consent as described on the Early Readers sign-up form. Quotes already printed in a published book cannot be recalled.
- We do not put Early Reader feedback into AI tools for summarising or analysis.

7. Service providers and storage outside Hong Kong
These services process data on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Hong Kong:

We use contractual or other means to prevent data being kept longer than necessary and to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. Apart from these providers and disclosures required by law, we do not give your data to anyone.

AI tools: our team uses AI assistant tools in day-to-day operations. These tools read emails you send us, the member list and member data (through Gmail and Wix), only to organise and draft replies, manage membership, and send content you asked for or agreed to receive. Every reply and all published content is reviewed and approved by Chau Sir before it goes out. AI tool providers process the data on our behalf as data processors, and their servers may be outside Hong Kong. Whether a provider uses data to improve or train its models depends on that provider's terms; where a provider offers a setting to opt out of such use, we will use it. Early Reader feedback is not put into AI tools (see section 6). We also use AI tools to help write articles on the Site.

8. Children
The Site is for adult parents and carers. Membership and the Early Readers are open only to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data, and if we receive it we will delete or mask it promptly.

9. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses essential Wix cookies to work and Wix built-in analytics cookies for aggregate statistics. We only look at aggregate numbers by category and do not use source parameters to track individuals. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be affected.

10. Security
Admin accounts use multi-factor authentication; access is limited to those who need it; files containing personal data are never shared by public link; the Site uses HTTPS. No online transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonably practicable steps to protect your data.

11. How long we keep data

12. Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct your personal data by emailing tonychau@marspower.hk with the subject "Personal data access / correction". You may also use the Privacy Commissioner's specified form. We will reply within 40 days of receiving your request. We may charge a fee that is not excessive for access; correction is free.

13. Data breaches
If a data breach happens, we will contain it at once, look into the risks, and, following the Privacy Commissioner's guidance, notify the Commissioner and affected people where there is a real risk of harm.

14. Links to other websites
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example online bookstores). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and a link does not mean endorsement or partnership.

15. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will show the date of the update on this page. Major changes will be notified to members by email or on the Site.

16. Language and governing law
This policy is available in Chinese and English. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails. This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
